Reserve Ownership
Who controls token-specific reserve capital and why it is not automatically redeemable by token holders.
What is it?
A token reserve is protocol-controlled capital associated with a specific token market.
Why does it exist?
Dedicated control allows the reserve to follow a strategy mandate and revenue policy rather than operating as undifferentiated protocol treasury capital.
How does it work economically?
Reserve assets and liabilities determine Net Reserve. Strategy exposure and eligible revenue support the token's economic system under disclosed policy.
What does the user see?
Users see reserve value and activity, but the interface is explicit: reserve capital is protocol-controlled and not automatically redeemable by token holders.
What can go wrong?
Governance, contract permissions, custody, venue access, and legal treatment can all affect the reserve. A token balance does not create a direct redemption claim.
